John began his path to racing in 2023 after being cut from his Division II college baseball team in South Florida. Transitioning to motorsports, he now races for MBM Performance, based in Northern Connecticut, driving a 1999 NB Miata powered by a Kessler Engineering engine.
John finished up his rookie season in 2024 with 6 wins and 8 podiums over 9 race weekends, placing 2nd in the NER SCCA championship. Looking towards the 2025 season, John will be competing in the Northeast Majors Tour along with various other Majors and Hoosier Super Tour events around the country.
While John has focused almost exclusively on Spec Miata, he has also competed in an E39 528 in ChampCar and an SCCA T4 ND1 Miata.
Looking ahead, John is working tirelessly toward earning a seat in the MX-5 Cup series in the coming seasons.
