Max Hewitt is a seasoned racing driver with 13 years of karting experience, during which he earned numerous regional and national championships and represented Team USA twice. Max transitioned to car racing at the age of 21, during his senior year at Baylor University, competing in Formula Regionals. In his debut season, he finished 7th overall, with a best result of 4th place.
Afterward, Max moved into sports car racing with BSI Racing in the GR Cup Championship, where he achieved multiple fast laps and a best finish of 4th. In 2025, the Sebring Super Tour marks his final Spec Miata race for the foreseeable future, as he heads to Europe to compete in the GT4 Winter Series with Racing Spirit of Le Mans, driving for the Aston Martin team. This experience will prepare him for his next chapter as a member of the prestigious Aston Martin Drivers Academy later in the season.
